1. Bring full tenderloin to room temp.
2. Salt and pepper tenderloin on cutting board or plate.
3. Heat large sauce pan to 8-high heat with a good amount of butter
4. Seer tenderloin in butter, reduce heat. 
5. Remove tenderloin after desired time and put on plate, cover with tin-foil. The residual heat will keep the meat cooking.
6. Add cut onions, mushrooms, and garlic to pan and deglaze with red wine.
7. Cook onions, mushrooms, and garlic for desired time, put on top of tenderloin and enjoy!
8. Excellent with mini potatoes and a salad!
